Payment
To make a payment we will invoice you through Paypal or we will accept payment by Bank Transfer or cheque.

Terms and Conditions
An initial non-refundable deposit of £250 will be required to confirm your booking(s) if the booking is made more than 6 weeks before the course start date. The balance will be due 6 weeks before the start date.
If the booking is made within 6 weeks from the start date of the course then the full cost will be payable.
In the event that you cancel within the 6 weeks period and we are unable to re-sell those dates then no money can be refunded.
Prices include  4 days tuition in a modern air conditioned kitchen , Excursion to bustling market in Valence for fresh produce, Gourmet dinner in local  Restaurant. Breakfast , lunch and dinner with wine. All teas, coffees and cakes at Maison Dunoise

Not included. Air fares and transfers from airports. Susan will make arrangements for taxis if required.
