The emphasis here is on learning with a relaxed and easy style. Courses are structured in a flexible way so that, regardless of your current skill level you will be able to enhance and improve your knowledge of French Cuisine. French Cooking is not just about the finished product. Its also about the journey - both figuratively and physically! During the course you will be visiting French markets, learning how to select fresh produce as well as being introduced to some products that you may not be familiar with. Courses normally last for 5 days, arriving for dinner on the Sunday evening and leaving after breakfast on the Friday morning. Courses are limited to 5 people. We can also put together bespoke courses for one-to-one tuition. Non cooking partners are welcome. All tuition is in English and all guests will receive a recipe folder and photographic souvenir DVD of their culinary experience. Our overall aim is for you to enjoy your time with us by not only learning new cookery skills but also having the opportunity to relax in the company of new found friends. To leisurely enjoy the fruits of your labour accompanied by a selection of local wines in a relaxed and happy atmosphere.
