These courses are designed for people who
love cooking and who want to learn more in a fun filled
environment. The emphasis here is on learning with a relaxed and
easy style. Courses are structured in a flexible way so that,
regardless of your current skill level you will be able to
enhance and improve your knowledge of French Cuisine.
French Cooking is not just about the finished product. Its also
about the journey - both figuratively and physically! During the
course you will be visiting French markets, learning how to
select fresh produce as well as being introduced to some
products that you may not be familiar with.
The course will be of a 5 Day duration starting on Sunday
evening and departing after breakfast on the following Friday.
Non cooking partners are welcome.
Classes are kept small for individual attention and are
therefore limited to 5 people.
All tuition is in English.
At certain times of the year bespoke courses can be organised i.e.
weekend breaks and one to one tuition.
Please email me with your individual requirements and I will do
my best to accommodate you if possible.
Guests will receive a folder containing all the recipes cooked
during their stay and a photographic souvenir DVD of their
culinary experiences.
