At Maison
Dunoise we understand that cooking is both a science and an art.
Part of this understanding involves the buying of the freshest,
local, quality ingredients and transforming them into 'mouth
watering' memorable dishes.
Your host Susan has worked for many years in the catering
industry and has an infectious passion for cooking. She has long term
connections with this area of South West France and two years
ago moved to the village of Dunes in Tarn et Garonne in order to
develop this passion and to pass on her skills to like minded
people.
Her desire is to enhance the skills which you already have and
build on your confidence enabling you to return home to
replicate the dishes that you have learnt for friends and
family.
At the same time ensuring that you enjoy a fun filled holiday
with experiences that you will never forget.
